PURPOSE BUILT VEHICLES
For transportation and unloading of steel products
From our Head Office in Aldershot, our fleet covers Hampshire, Surrey, Berkshire, London and West Sussex daily. Our purpose built vehicles allow for safe transportation and unloading of steel products across the south.
The largest in our fleet offers mechanical offload via a Hiab X-HiDuo crane, which has a maximum lift of 680KG at 12.4M reach (please see truck specification below). We offer a crane up service to all our steel customers, but this is limited to a 2 hour maximum period and would be subject to offloading charges (please ask our sales team.
For sites with more restricted access, we are also able to deliver on smaller 3.5 Tonne vehicles, however these are manual offload only.
We kindly ask all customers to discuss any delivery restrictions with the sales team when ordering. We can then plan the best and safest way of transporting your steel to site.
We do request that all customers are on site to take delivery of their steelwork, however if for some reason you are unable to, we kindly ask that you let the sales team know. For all deliveries made on our crane vehicles, we are able to leave steel on site, however this will only be left in a location that is safe and has been discussed with the customer prior to dropping the goods. If we are unable to leave the goods in a safe area, we will not be able to complete the delivery and you may be charge a redelivery charge.
If we are not informed of any restrictions and are unable to complete the delivery, you may be charged an additional carriage charge.
