CCTV
Some of our locations and properties have Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) and you may be recorded when you visit them.
CCTV is used to provide security and protect both our members of staff, visitors and the company. CCTV will only be viewed when necessary (for example, to detect or prevent crime) and footage is stored for a set period of time, after which it is recorded over.
Some of our vehicles have on board incident capture devices (Dashcams) and you may be recorded when the vehicles are mobile. These devices are used to protect both our members of staff, third parties and the company. Data from these devices will only be accessed when necessary (for example, to investigate an adverse incident) and data will store for a set period of time.
Pyramid Trading Ltd complies with the Information Commissioner’s Office CCTV Code of Practice and we put up notices so you know where CCTV is used and when on board incident devices are located in our vehicles.
